The Language of the Stars

I'd like to introduce you to coach and astrologer Aubrey Thorne. Aubrey works with a lot of clients going through transition in their careers and we talk about the magical phrase of Yes, and - that she learned from her improv days. This conversation was kinda all over the place from creativity to religion in a magical way that leaves you lots to ponder. I hope you enjoy.

Once again, a big thank you to Aubrey for being on the show and sharing her wisdom with us. A few of the the key takeaways from this conversation are:

1 - Yes, and...is a magical phrase. It opens possibilities and minds and creativity propels forward. YES this hard AND I can do hard things, and I will survive,

2 - No can be a really good indication of what we're afraid of - exactly where we should take another look and take a baby step towards

3 - Take space and explore the territory. You don't start out hiking and go straight to the tallest mountain.

4 - Momentum comes by taking that one step in front of us. What is that next thing?

5 - No one is hard on us as we are on ourselves. Most people if they understand their own humanity enough are very forgiving.

6 - When we meditate, exercise, dance, play, etc we remember who we are. Life is a process of remembering, then re-remembering who we are.

7 - It's only through seeing how we create our experience that we can then create a better, different experience.
